The Ace in the Hole is a unique blend of cozy English country pub and rustic California saloon. You'll find that the pub's interior features the same sophistication of many of our renowned region's world class wine tasting rooms. Our gleaming cider tanks will wink at you from the cidery right behind the pub as they work their magic, brewing up the next fermenting batch of Ace Cider. Step up to the bar and start with our Special Sampler to taste all Five Aces! We'll start your tasting tour with our newest of the ACES; Ace Joker Cider. Our Joker Cider is champagne like in flavor and has a 8% alcohol content. Better Watch Out! Then we'll have a taste of Ace Apple Cider, a dry cider, made from 6 varieties of apples, and the closest thing to a traditional European cider. Your third taste will be our Ace Apple Honey Cider with its distinctly rich finish. The Ace Apple Honey is one of the only honey ciders available in the U.S. Next you'll taste our very popular Ace Perry Cider. Our Perry Cider evokes the same flavors as a bite out of a freshly picked pear. Finally we'll try the Ace Berry Cider.
